BUTTOCKS EXERCISE: "HIP EXTENSION"


Hip extension


     Hello friends, today we are going to work out the buttocks muscles, with an easy exercise that we can do at home and it doesn´t has any type of risk of injury.

     We begin this exercise in the position of cuadrupedia (four leg), we place the hands on the floor just above our shoulders and the knees above the hips, the arms and the legs must form a ninety degree angle with the trunk.

        Good morning, here I leave you a new post of our blog where all those people who interested in the fitness exercises, can find information about the suitable corporal posture to be adopted in order to execute the exercises safely. These are the first postings of our blog, therefore we shall upload bit by bit more material which could be interesting and useful on day-to-day.



       In this chapter we will talk about how to adopt a stable posture, which will allow the sportsman/woman to maintain the correct aligning during the exercises, forcing the right tension in the joints as well as in the muscles.

        That's why all athletes need to take care of their bodies and should be fully aware of it, if they are looking to improve in sport. In TFE we want to explain and show you how to do the correct techniques of the exercises, and we also would like to show you how to adopt this techniques.
